In one of the blizzard of free booklets that the Indy gives away was a little booklet about blogging, it is full of handy hints and tips, although alas, no information on how how to cure 530 errors or get a response from Google/Blogger, but it did contain this gem......

The error "530 user access denied" or "530 login incorrect" are FTP Server Return Code messages from the remote FTP server you are trying to connect to. These indicate that you are not properly logged on to the server.
It would appear that your login & Password are incorrect or have been lost / altered on the Blogger server. You could request a new username / password if this function is available through Blogger, I don’t use Blogger so I’m not sure.
Great to have you back, even if it’s only a temporary home. Your pictures are stunning.
